Tell us your country, device model and the content you want to check. If you already have a player, include its exact name and publisher. Support will confirm trial duration, account format, available channels and connection allowance before you choose a plan.

For technical support

Include the device operating system, app version, time the issue began and the exact error message. Say whether the issue affects one stream, a group of channels or the whole library. A screenshot is helpful after hiding passwords, full playlist URLs and personal payment details.

For a refund

Send your request within 14 days of purchase with the order reference, purchase date and contact information used to order. State that you are requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for the process.

Keep your information safe

Server choice and player activation

Choose a named service in the server catalogue, request a trial, or ask about a player licence. After testing, tell support which server you want activated. Named-server prices and terms are confirmed individually.
