Request an IPTV subscription renewal through XIPTV. Identify the server, preferred term and previous order so the right account can be extended.

Tell us what you need. Review your message in WhatsApp, then send it to XIPTV for current prices and activation details.
Please leave out passwords, playlist links and private activation keys.
Match the renewal to the right account
Tell support the server name and your previous XIPTV order reference. Confirm whether you want to extend the existing account or discuss a different service. A new trial on another server is not automatically a renewal of your old subscription.
Before paying
Ask for the total price, the date from which the extension runs and whether the login details will stay the same. Confirm your connection allowance and any package changes. Do not assume remaining time transfers between different providers or account editions.
The four standard XIPTV plan prices apply to the published XIPTV offer. Named-server renewals and player licences are confirmed individually through WhatsApp.
If you no longer have your order reference
Contact support from the email address or WhatsApp number used for the original purchase and describe the approximate purchase date and plan. Do not send banking passwords or full card information. If support cannot identify an account from the initial details, it can explain the next verification step privately.
