Have your exact device model, operating system and player name ready. XIPTV support confirms which account format to use. Keep your server address, username, password and playlist URL private; a screenshot can expose access even when it contains no payment information.

Follow one setup path at a time

1. Read the device guide to check the available app route.
2. Open the player guide for the app you have installed.
3. Enter the format supplied by XIPTV without changing the server URL.
4. Load the library, then test a live stream and the guide if available.
5. Record any error before changing another setting.

Avoid switching between several apps and networks at once when diagnosing a problem. A single controlled change makes it easier to understand what helped. If the app loads channels but none play, check account status and your connection allowance before reinstalling everything.
