A service and a player work together

XIPTV supplies service access. Your third-party player displays playlists, streams and programme information that your account provides. The player controls the interface; a player feature such as recording or catch-up is not automatically included in your XIPTV account.

Streaming quality in everyday use

The service advertises up to 4K / 8K streaming, anti-freeze technology and 99.9% server uptime. Uptime describes the advertised server availability level; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted playback on every household network. Not every stream is UHD, and a higher-resolution television cannot add detail missing from the original source.

Content that suits your interests

Ask support to confirm the current channel catalogue, sports coverage, PPV events, movies and series relevant to you. Availability can vary with the source, region and time. A specific event or broadcaster should be checked by name before ordering.

Our device and player guides explain common setup paths, but they do not replace a check of your exact model and account. Use WhatsApp support for activation, connection allowance and content questions. Third-party application subscriptions and permissions remain under the app developer's control.
