XIPTV offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on its paid subscriptions. If the service does not suit you, contact XIPTV within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

How to request a refund

1. Contact [email protected] or the official WhatsApp support contact.
2. State that you are requesting a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee.
3. Include your order reference, purchase date, plan and the contact details used for the purchase.
4. Keep a copy of your request and the written response for your records.

You may describe a technical issue if you want help, but troubleshooting is not stated here as a condition of making a guarantee request. Never send a full card number, security code or banking password.

What happens next

Support checks the order and purchase date, confirms the request and explains how the refund will be returned. The payment method affects when funds become visible. Ask for the expected processing timeline in the written confirmation; this page does not invent a fixed bank-processing time.

Separate app purchases

An app licence bought directly from a third-party developer or app store is a separate purchase. Contact that seller about its own refund process. XIPTV's guarantee applies to the XIPTV subscription purchased from XIPTV.

Requests outside the guarantee period

Contact support with the order details and the issue. The 14-day guarantee does not remove any rights or remedies that apply under mandatory consumer law. This policy does not declare every digital-service purchase non-refundable after activation.

Named-server and player orders

The guarantee above describes the standard XIPTV subscription offer. For another named server or a separate player licence, ask for the applicable refund terms in its written quote before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
