Browsing this website

The website serves static pages. It does not include an account registration form, payment form or advertising tracker. The website application does not store a visitor profile in browser storage.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Its current delivery configuration adds a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, which collects page-view and browser performance measurements. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics explanation and privacy policy for information about that service. Cloudflare may also process network requests to deliver and protect the site.

The hosting server records ordinary access and error logs. These can contain an IP address, requested URL, browser information, time of access and response status. Such technical records are used to operate the website, diagnose failures and investigate abuse. Avoid putting confidential information into a URL.

Contact and order information

The enquiry forms prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser. Their fields are not submitted to a XIPTV form server or saved in browser storage. Opening the WhatsApp link passes the prepared message to WhatsApp; you choose whether to send it there. Leave out passwords, private playlist URLs and activation keys.

When you choose to contact XIPTV, your email service or WhatsApp handles the message. The information you provide may include your name, contact identifier, order reference, requested plan, device details and support messages. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange an order, provide support and handle a refund request.

Do not send card security codes or banking passwords. This static website does not accept payment-card information. Any payment arrangement should be explained to you before you use it.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, email providers, hosting providers and any payment provider used for a confirmed order process information under their own arrangements and privacy notices. Clicking an external link takes you to that provider. We do not embed third-party players or social feeds into these pages.

Retention and your choices

The time a record needs to be retained depends on its purpose, an ongoing support issue and applicable record-keeping requirements. Ask XIPTV for the retention information relevant to your particular enquiry or purchase; no universal deletion period is promised here.

You can contact us to ask about information held in connection with your enquiry or order, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification process has first been explained to you.
